At Dydy Custom, every pair of sneakers is handcrafted and customized specifically for each customer. We take pride in delivering unique, high-quality creations, and we appreciate your patience while our artists bring your vision to life.
Processing & Production Time
All custom orders are made to order and individually handcrafted. Because each design requires detailed customization, artwork application, and quality inspection, please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for production before your order is shipped.
Production times may vary depending on design complexity, seasonal demand, and order volume. If any unexpected delays occur, our team will contact you and provide updates regarding your order status.
Express Turnaround Service
Customers who wish to receive their order sooner may select our Express Turnaround option during checkout.
With Express Turnaround, your order receives priority placement in our production queue, reducing the estimated completion time to approximately 2–3 weeks.
Please note that Express Turnaround prioritizes production only and does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on:

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Dydy Custom is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we work with trusted shipping carriers, Dydy Custom is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control. However, we will gladly assist you in tracking your package and resolving any shipping-related issues whenever possible.
