Can I get a refund or cancel my order?
Please note that due to the custom-made nature of our products, refunds and exchanges are not accepted in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Each item is individually made to order, therefore all sales are considered final.
However, refund or exchange requests may be reviewed under our Purchase Protection policy and approved at our discretion following an evaluation.
If you accidentally selected the wrong size, contact us as soon as possible so we can update your order before production begins.
If an order was placed by mistake, you must submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled after this timeframe.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Each pair of custom sneakers is individually handcrafted upon order. Since every design goes through a detailed creation and quality-control process, please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for production and shipment. In the event of any unexpected delay, our team will keep you updated with the latest information regarding your order.
Express Turnaround
Choose the Express Turnaround option at checkout to prioritize your order in the artist’s production queue and reduce the completion time to approximately 2–3 weeks.
Shipping Time
Delivery generally takes between 5–10 business days depending on your destination and local carrier services.
How do I care for custom
Our custom sneakers are individually handcrafted and designed to be treated with care. Each pair is a wearable piece of art, created more for style and collection purposes than heavy everyday wear. While every design is sealed with a protective finisher, improper use or rough handling may still cause damage over time.
Do not machine wash. For cleaning, we recommend using a soft bristle brush along with a specialized sneaker cleaning product to preserve the quality and appearance of your shoes.
